What does 'Embrace The Lonely Life' mean?

Some people get this title straight away. Others, not so much.

So here is my explanation for you and why this is the chosen name of my blog.

Embracing the lonely life means being comfortable, happy and content on your own.

It means living life for you and not waiting around for others to help you or pull you along the way.

It means not being afraid to be who you are, to be different, to be unique.

Be a trillion-dimensional person.

It means finding the strength to not let other people's opinions or judgments throw you off your game and to always listen to your own inner voice.

Embracing the lonely life means saying YES, even if you really want to say no.

If you haven't seen the film "Yes Man" then go and watch it immediately!

Embracing the lonely life means 'Radical Self Love'.

Now if you haven't heard of radical self love then I highly suggest you look up a lady called Gala Darling.

She has dedicated her life to spreading the concept of radical self love across the world.

Embracing the lonely life also means not to take life too seriously.

Be self-obsessed, why not?

If you want to take a selfie - take it.

If you want to try on all your different pairs of underwear and prance around ogling yourself in the mirror - do it.

Make a commitment to yourself. Spend your money on yourself. After all, you are your greatest investment.

It's so easy to say - 'I'll do it tomorrow', 'I'll do it when I feel ready'. But in reality -

So I challenge you to embrace the lonely life and choose yourself.
